Not sure where to start? — Let's talk about your project.
Start a conversationSoftware that's
intelligent.
We design and build AI features that solve real problems — chatbots trained on your knowledge base, document intelligence pipelines, computer vision systems and predictive models. From quick prototypes to production deployments, we automate the busywork and ship practical tools your team and customers actually use — not demos.
Six ways we put
AI to work.
Not sure which one fits? Tell us the problem and we'll tell you honestly whether AI is the right answer at all.
AI Consulting
Not sure where to start? A fixed-fee audit that finds where AI actually pays in your business — and tells you honestly what not to build.
AI Chatbot
Assistants grounded in your own documentation — accurate answers, honest 'I don't know', human handoff and every enquiry captured as a lead.
AI Voice Agent
Phone agents that answer every call, book appointments and qualify leads in natural conversation — then transfer to a human with full context.
Agentic AI
Agents that plan multi-step work, call your systems and check their own results — with human approval gates before anything irreversible.
AI Automation
Remove the manual work nobody should be doing — invoice processing, email triage, data entry and recurring reports. Measured in hours saved.
RAG & Document AI
Make your manuals, policies and contracts answerable in plain language — with citations to the source document and no retraining cycle.
Everything in the package.
LLM Integration
Connect GPT-4, Claude or open-source LLMs directly to your product — chat interfaces, document Q&A, code generation and more.
AI Chatbots
Intelligent assistants with memory, tool use and RAG — trained on your knowledge base, deployed in your product.
Document Intelligence
Extract, classify and analyse data from PDFs, emails and documents at scale. No more manual data entry.
Computer Vision
Object detection, OCR, image classification and visual search — trained on your data, deployed at production speed.
Recommendation Engines
Personalised product, content and next-action recommendations driven by user behaviour and ML models.
Predictive Analytics
Forecast demand, churn, revenue and anomalies using models trained on your historical data.
Voice & Speech
Speech-to-text, text-to-speech and voice command interfaces powered by Whisper and modern TTS pipelines.
AI Workflow Automation
LangChain/LangGraph agent pipelines that take multi-step actions, call APIs and make decisions autonomously.
How we think about
building with AI.
AI is powerful when it's reliable. We build AI features you can trust — not just demos that impress in a pitch.
Right Model for the Job
GPT-4 isn't always the answer. We pick the smallest, fastest, cheapest model that meets the accuracy bar — open-source, fine-tuned or frontier API — based on your requirements, not convention.
Safety & Reliability First
AI systems fail in unexpected ways. We build evaluation suites, guardrails, fallback logic and monitoring into every AI feature so failures are caught before users see them.
Human in the Loop
Autonomous AI has limits. We design systems with clear escalation paths, human review checkpoints and override mechanisms so your team stays in control.
Measurable ROI
Every AI feature we build is tied to a business metric — time saved, accuracy improved, cost reduced. If we can't measure it, we question whether to build it.
How we deliver.
Discovery
We map your data, workflows and pain points to identify where AI creates the most value — and where it would be over-engineering.
Proof of Concept
A working prototype in 1–2 weeks to validate the approach. Real data, real accuracy metrics, real decision.
Model Selection
We evaluate models against your accuracy, latency and cost requirements — fine-tuning open-source models where frontier APIs are overkill.
Build & Integrate
Production-grade code: API integrations, RAG pipelines, vector databases, streaming responses and full test coverage.
Evaluation & Safety
Automated eval suites, adversarial testing, guardrails and hallucination detection — before any AI feature goes near real users.
Deploy & Monitor
Continuous model performance monitoring, cost tracking and drift detection so your AI improves over time instead of silently degrading.

real business outcomes.

What clients say.
“The AI assistant they built cut our clinical documentation time by 70%. Our doctors now spend their time on patients, not paperwork. The ROI was clear in week two.”
Dr. Sarah Malik
CMO, NeuraHealth
“Contract review that used to take our team 3 days now takes 4 hours. The accuracy is better than manual review. It's genuinely changed how our firm operates.”
Thomas Reid
Head of Legal, LexAI
Describe your idea.
Get a real plan.
Tell it what you want to build in your own words. It comes back with the scope, a suggested stack, delivery phases and a timeline range — the same brief we'd write after a first call.
This is not a canned response. It's Claude, running live on this page — which is the same thing we'd build into your product.
Talk to a human insteadNot sure how to start? Try one of these:
How much does an AI chatbot or integration cost?
A focused integration — a support chatbot, document Q&A or a recommendation feature — typically takes 4–8 weeks to build. Ongoing cost is mostly model usage, which we optimise deliberately: caching, smaller models for simple steps and prompt efficiency often cut running costs by an order of magnitude.
Which AI models do you work with?
We work with the current frontier models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, plus open-source options like Llama and Mistral where they fit. We're model-agnostic by design and build so that swapping providers later is straightforward rather than a rewrite.
Do we need our own data to build an AI feature?
Not always. For LLM-based features like chatbots or document Q&A, you can use pre-trained models with your own documents — no training required. Custom prediction models (churn, demand forecasting) do need historical data, typically at least six months of it.
What's the difference between fine-tuning and RAG?
RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) gives an existing model access to your knowledge base at question time — no training, and easy to update whenever your content changes. Fine-tuning adjusts the model itself for a specific task or style. We use RAG for most knowledge use cases and fine-tune when accuracy or latency demands it — see our RAG chatbot for AVYANTA for a live example.
How do you handle AI hallucinations and safety?
Every AI feature we build includes evaluation suites, output validation, guardrails and fallback logic for when the model isn't confident. We test adversarially before launch and monitor outputs in production, so regressions get caught before your users find them.
Can AI be added to our existing website or app?
Yes — that's the most common request. We integrate into existing websites and mobile apps through your current stack, so you don't need to rebuild anything to add an AI feature.
Is our data safe when using AI models?
It depends on the setup, and we're specific about it: enterprise API tiers generally don't train on your data, and for sensitive workloads we can run open-source models in your own infrastructure so nothing leaves your environment. We document exactly where your data goes before anything ships.
Can you use open-source models instead of paid APIs?
Yes — and we often do. Open-source models can run dramatically cheaper at scale and keep data in-house. We evaluate both against your accuracy, latency and cost requirements rather than defaulting to the most expensive option.
How much does building in-house cost compared to hiring you?
A typical integration takes 4–8 weeks with us. Building the same capability in-house usually means hiring ML engineers and takes 3–6 months before anything ships. For most companies, bringing us in first and transferring knowledge afterwards is the cheaper path.
What happens after the AI feature is live?
We monitor model performance, cost per request and accuracy drift, since model behaviour changes as providers update them. You get documentation and training so your team can maintain it — or we handle ongoing improvement on a retainer.
