Not sure where to start? — Let's talk about your project.

Every business runs on invisible manual work — retyping invoices, sorting enquiries, chasing data between systems, assembling the same report every week. We automate it, and measure the result in hours returned to your team.
Why AI Automation?
The work worth automating is rarely glamorous. It's the two hours a day someone spends moving data between a supplier email and an accounting system, or the Monday report that takes half a morning to assemble. Nobody writes it in a job description, but it consumes real salary and it's the first thing to break when volume grows.
Traditional automation could only handle rigidly structured input — which is why so much of this work stayed manual. AI changes that: a model can read an invoice in an unfamiliar layout, understand an email written in plain language, and pull structured data out of both. We combine that with conventional automation for the deterministic parts, because not everything needs a model.

every automated action logged
AI Automation solutions we deliver.
Document Data Extraction
Invoices, purchase orders, forms and scans read and turned into structured records automatically.
Email & Enquiry Triage
Incoming mail classified, summarised and routed to the right person or system without manual sorting.
System-to-System Sync
Data kept consistent between CRM, accounting, spreadsheets and internal tools — no more re-keying.
Automated Reporting
Recurring reports assembled and delivered on schedule, with the summary written for you.
Content & Response Drafting
First drafts of replies, descriptions and summaries prepared for a human to approve and send.
Approval Workflows
Automations that pause for human sign-off wherever the action carries real consequence.
Why teams choose AI Automation.
Measured in hours, not adjectives
We baseline how long the task takes today and report the saving afterwards. If it doesn't save time, it isn't worth building.
Handles messy real input
Documents that don't match a template and emails written in plain language are exactly where AI beats old-style automation.
Fits your existing tools
We automate around the software you already use rather than asking you to migrate to something new.
Humans approve what matters
Anything with consequence — payments, sends, deletions — waits for sign-off. Automation assists, it doesn't overrule.
Everything is logged
Each automated action leaves a record, so you can audit exactly what happened and when.
Starts small and pays for itself
We begin with the single most expensive manual task, prove the saving, then expand from there.

What AI automation actually costs.
Automation costs are usually small relative to the salary hours they return. Here's the anatomy — click any provider for current live pricing. We baseline the current cost of the task so the comparison is real, not theoretical.
Model usage
Per document
Reading and extracting from documents and emails. Cheap per item at typical volumes.
View plans →Automation platform
Low monthly
n8n, Make or similar — self-hosted options remove this entirely.
View plans →Hosting
Low
A small server or serverless functions to run scheduled and triggered jobs.
View plans →OCR (if needed)
Per page
Only for scanned documents that need image-to-text before extraction.
View plans →Build & integration
One-time
Process mapping, integrations, validation rules and monitoring.
View plans →We baseline the hours a task consumes today before quoting, so the comparison is against real salary cost rather than a hypothetical. If the numbers don't justify the build, we'll say so.
Common questions,
honest answers.
Everything people usually ask about AI Automation before starting a project. Still unsure which platform fits your goals? Ask us — we'll give you a straight answer, not a sales pitch.
Ask a questionWhat kind of work is worth automating?
Anything repetitive, rule-shaped and done often — data entry, document processing, email sorting, recurring reports, moving records between systems. If someone describes their job as “I just copy this into that”, it's a candidate.
How do you decide what to automate first?
By cost. We look at how many hours a task consumes each month and how error-prone it is, then start with the single most expensive one. Proving the saving on one task makes the rest of the programme easy to justify.
What's the actual return on investment?
It depends entirely on the hours involved, which is why we baseline before building rather than promising a percentage. Most engagements start with one task where the saving is obvious and measurable within the first month.
Will it work with software we already use?
Almost always. If your tools have APIs we connect directly; if not, there are usually other routes. We automate around your stack rather than asking you to replace it.
How accurate is AI document extraction?
High for typical business documents, but never assumed. We build validation rules, confidence thresholds and a review queue for anything uncertain — so questionable extractions go to a person instead of straight into your accounts.
Is our data safe?
We're specific about this. Enterprise API tiers generally don't train on your data, and for sensitive documents we can run open-source models on your own infrastructure so nothing leaves your environment. We document the data path before building.
Can't we just use Zapier or Make ourselves?
For simple “when X, do Y” connections, yes — and we'll tell you when that's all you need. The gap is anything requiring understanding: reading an unfamiliar invoice layout, judging what an email is asking for. That's where a model earns its place.
What happens when an automation fails?
It's designed to fail safely — alerting a human, queueing the item for review, and never silently producing a wrong result. Monitoring is part of every build, not an afterthought.
How long does an automation take to build?
A focused single-process automation typically takes a couple of weeks. Multi-system programmes are phased so each stage delivers a saving rather than waiting for a big-bang launch.
When is this an agent rather than an automation?
If the steps are fixed, it's automation. If the system has to decide what steps are needed each time, that's an AI agent — more capable, but more expensive to build and run. Most business processes only need automation.
