Not sure where to start? — Let's talk about your project.
Start a conversationFind out where AI actually pays.
Most failed AI projects didn't fail on the technology — they solved the wrong problem. We audit how your business actually runs, show you where AI earns its cost and where it doesn't, and hand you a roadmap you can act on with or without us.
Why AI Consulting?
There's a lot of pressure to “do something with AI” right now, and no shortage of vendors happy to sell you their answer before understanding your question. That's why so many AI initiatives stall after the pilot: the technology worked, but it was pointed at a problem that wasn't costing enough to matter, or at data that wasn't ready.
An audit fixes that order. We spend time on how your business actually operates — where hours disappear, where errors happen, what data you hold and what shape it's in — then score the opportunities by what each would realistically save against what it would realistically cost. You get a prioritised roadmap, and honest reasoning for everything we've told you not to build.
Best for
1–2 weeks
from kickoff to roadmap in hand
Fixed fee
priced upfront, no open-ended hours
ROI-ranked
opportunities scored by real payback
Vendor-neutral
no platform we're paid to recommend
AI Consulting solutions we deliver.
Workflow & Data Audit
We map how work actually flows today — the manual steps, the spreadsheets, the copy-paste — and assess what data you hold and whether it's usable.
Opportunity Scoring
Every candidate use case scored on hours saved, error cost, feasibility and data readiness — so the shortlist is ranked by payback, not by novelty.
Cost & Payback Modelling
Build cost, monthly running cost and expected saving modelled per opportunity — the numbers you need to defend a budget internally.
Build, Buy or Skip
For each opportunity: build custom, buy an existing tool, or leave it alone. Plenty of problems are solved cheaper by software that already exists.
Risk, Privacy & Compliance
Where your data would travel, what stays in-house, and which use cases carry regulatory or reputational risk worth avoiding entirely.
Phased Roadmap
A sequenced plan — what to do first, what it costs, what it should return, and what to leave until the first phase has proved itself.
Why teams choose AI Consulting.
Starts with your business, not the technology
We look at where money and hours actually leak before anyone mentions a model. The technology decision comes last, not first.
Honest about what not to build
The most valuable part of most audits is the list of things we recommend against. Saying no to three bad projects is worth more than saying yes to one good one.
Numbers you can take to a board
Cost, payback and effort modelled per opportunity — so approval is a business conversation rather than an act of faith.
Vendor-neutral by design
We aren't a reseller for any platform and earn nothing from what we recommend. Sometimes the answer is an off-the-shelf tool, and we'll say so.
Useful even if you never hire us
The roadmap is yours. Your own team or another agency can act on it — it's written to be executed, not to lock you in.
A cheap way to find out
A fixed-fee audit costs a fraction of a failed build. Finding out early that an idea doesn't pay is a good outcome, not a wasted one.

How an AI engagement starts.
Most AI work with us starts small and only grows once something has proved itself. Here's the usual path — each stage is optional, and you can stop at any point with something useful in hand.

Common questions,
honest answers.
Everything people usually ask about AI Consulting before starting a project. Still unsure which platform fits your goals? Ask us — we'll give you a straight answer, not a sales pitch.
Ask a questionWhat is an AI readiness audit?
A short, fixed-fee engagement where we examine how your business actually works, identify where AI would genuinely save money or time, and rank those opportunities against what each would cost. The output is a written roadmap, not a sales pitch.
What do we actually receive at the end?
A prioritised roadmap document: the opportunities we found, each scored on payback and feasibility, cost and effort estimates for the top ones, a data-readiness assessment, and a clear list of what we recommend against doing — with reasons.
How long does the audit take?
Typically one to two weeks. That covers a working session with your team, time examining the processes and data involved, and writing up the roadmap. Larger organisations with several departments take longer.
What does an AI audit cost?
A fixed fee agreed upfront, scoped to the size of the business and the number of processes in scope. There are no open-ended hours — you know the number before we start, and it's a fraction of what a misdirected build would cost.
Do we need clean data before we start?
No — assessing your data is part of the audit. Most businesses overestimate how ready their data is, and finding that out during a two-week audit is far cheaper than finding out three months into a build.
Will you tell us if AI isn't the right answer?
Yes, and it happens regularly. Sometimes the fix is a better process, a spreadsheet template or an existing tool that costs a few dollars a month. We'd rather tell you that than sell you a model you don't need.
Are you tied to any AI vendor or platform?
No. We're not a reseller and earn nothing from any platform we recommend. That's the point of a neutral audit — you're paying for an opinion that isn't influenced by what somebody wants to sell you.
We already started an AI project that stalled. Can you help?
Often yes, and it's a common reason people call. We look at why it stalled — wrong use case, missing data, unrealistic accuracy expectations, or an integration nobody scoped — and tell you whether it's worth rescuing or retiring.
Do we have to build with you afterwards?
No. The roadmap is yours to execute however you like, including with your own team. If you do want us to build, the audit fee is credited against the first build phase — but there's no obligation either way.
Who from our side needs to be involved?
Usually one person who understands the business goals and one or two who do the actual day-to-day work. The people doing the repetitive tasks tend to know exactly where the time goes, which is often the most valuable input we get.
