A Full School Presence, Not Just a Website
PVM International School needed more than a brochure site. Prospective parents research online before they ever visit, so the site had to carry the whole story — academics, campus, facilities, admissions, trust and leadership — across 30+ pages, and stay current without a developer in the loop.
Two Applications, One Platform
We built it as two connected apps: a fast, server-rendered Next.js website for the public, and a separate React admin panel for staff. Both share a single Firebase project, so anything staff publish appears on the live site straight away.
An Admin Panel With 27 Modules
Rather than a generic CMS, the panel was built around how this school actually operates — news, events, faculty, students, courses, admissions, workshops, exam notices, placements, the calendar, enquiries and subscribers each get a purpose-built manager screen.
Forms and Certificates, Self-Serve
Two features go well beyond a normal school site. A drag-and-drop form builder lets staff create admission or event forms, publish them live and read submissions back in the panel. A certificate builder lets them design a template once and issue student certificates from the dashboard.
The School Owns Its Own SEO
An SEO manager gives staff control over page titles, descriptions and metadata, while a section visibility manager lets them switch entire sections of the site on or off. Combined with a site-wide search index, the school controls how it's found and how it's navigated.
Built to Be Handed Over
Role-based accounts, automated content backups and a system health screen mean the platform is safe in non-technical hands. It was delivered with training, and the school has run it independently since launch.
What we built
27-Module Admin Panel
A separate admin application covering news, events, faculty, students, courses, admissions, workshops, exam notices, placements, the calendar and more — each with its own manager screen.
Rich Text News Editor
A proper WYSIWYG editor for news and articles — headings, links, formatting and images — so staff publish polished posts without touching HTML.
Drag-and-Drop Form Builder
Staff build their own forms — admission enquiries, event registrations, feedback — publish them to a live URL, and read every submission back inside the panel.
Certificate Builder
Design certificate templates once, then generate and issue certificates to students from the dashboard — no designer, no manual editing per student.
Site Search & SEO Manager
A search index across the whole site for visitors, plus an SEO manager so staff control titles, descriptions and metadata per page from the admin panel.
Backups, Roles & Health
Role-based user management, automated content backups and a system health screen — so the school runs the platform safely without a developer on standby.
The work
Frequently Asked Questions
A 30+ page school website built in Next.js, backed by a separate custom admin panel. School staff manage news, events, faculty, admissions, galleries, certificates and page content themselves — no developer needed for day-to-day updates.
It has 27 dedicated manager modules — news, events, students, faculty, courses, admissions, workshops, exam notices, placements, calendar, enquiries, subscribers, certificates, forms, dynamic pages, page content, section visibility, SEO, users, backups and system health, plus an analytics dashboard.
Yes — there's a drag-and-drop form builder. Staff design a form, publish it to a live page on the site, and every submission comes back into the admin panel where it can be reviewed and exported.
Staff design certificate templates once, then generate certificates for students directly from the dashboard. It removes the usual cycle of editing a design file by hand for every single student.
Yes. An SEO manager lets staff set page titles, descriptions and metadata per page, and a section visibility manager lets them show or hide entire sections of the site without a code change.
The public site is Next.js with React and Tailwind CSS; the admin panel is a React and Vite application. Both share one Firebase project for data, authentication and storage, so content updates appear on the live site immediately.
Yes — it's server-rendered with Next.js, image-optimised and fully responsive, with smooth-scrolling navigation. Most visitors arrive on a phone, so the mobile experience was the primary design target.
Everything in the admin panel was built specifically for how this school actually works — certificates, form building, section visibility — rather than assembled from plugins. Nothing to update, nothing to conflict, and no feature the school doesn't need. If a simpler WordPress build suits your budget better, we'll say so.
Yes — this is a common brief and one of our strongest areas. We build custom education websites with exactly the admin controls your staff need. Tell us how your school runs and we'll design the panel around it.
No. It was handed over with training, and every content area is self-serve. We remain available for new features or support, but the school runs the site independently day to day.
