Our history
It all started back in college days when we had first planned a product in the form of a website which was built from our personal gaming computers, and slowly the games started getting replaced with more and more programming tools to create many more such applications under the name of “Lions” and thus the name was found as “Lions Business”
Our 6-D process

First stage is finding out the problems, by conducting multiple interviews, questionnaire, survey’s if required to asses the gap to understand the usability goals

Define
We then do a Brainstorming session to define the exact requirements and define the scope of the work by creating a storyboard.

Design
Now it’s time to create a wireframe and prototype of functional design by using design concepts to create visual designs

Develop
Our developers now start working on the code level to bring your expectations into reality. This is when the actual application starts taking shape.

Deploy
UI and requirements are now re-assessed at the time of deployment along with cross verifying the market standards and compliance checks if any. A complete user acceptance testing is carried out at this stage.

Deliver
This is when the application is finally delivered to the client along with a small training for the end users to learn it. If there are any expert suggestions by them, then we integrate them as well and give a complete support in the maintenance phase
